Emergency First Aid - EFA (8 hours)

If you are looking for an introductory First Aid course focusing primarily on CPR skills, basic first aid skills such as controlling bleeding, treating shock, cardiac and respiratory emergencies, this is the one for you. Valid for 3 years. Approved by Occupational Health & Safety. Course length: 8 hours. Cost: $120.00.

Standard First Aid - SFA (16 hours)

This 2 day course includes the priorities of First Aid and CPR from Emergency First Aid, as well as many other life-saving skills for First Aiders while waiting for EMS to arrive, and is the most commonly required certification in most workplaces. Valid for 3 years. Approved by Occupational Health & Safety. Course length: 16 hours (SFA Recertification before certificate expiry: 8 hours) Full Course Cost: $150.00, Recertification only: $120.00.

Standard First Aid and Health Care Provider CPR - SFA-HCP (12 hours*)

This 2 day combined course is designed for those in Health Care occupations such as Medicine, Dentistry, Chiropractic, Massage, Nursing, Physiotherapy, etc., and includes Standard First Aid (8 hours) and Health Care Provider CPR (4 hours). On day 1 we will spend 4 hours doing the HCP-C CPR training portion of the course, and on day 2 we will do an 8 hour condensed version of our Standard First Aid SFA certification. Healthcare Provider CPR Approved by Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada. Standard First Aid Approved by Occupational Health and Safety. CPR Re-training Recommended Every Year (see below). Cost: $180.00.

Health Care Provider CPR only - HCP (4 hours)

For those working in Health Care Occupations such as Medicine, Dentistry, Chiropractic, Massage, Nursing, Physiotherapy, etc., whose employer requires yearly CPR re-certification, this course will take you through a 4 hour Health Care Provider CPR curriculum that will keep your skills sharp, and is Approved by Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada. Note - this course does NOT include any Standard First Aid Certification (see above). Cost: $80.00.

Child Care First Aid - CCFA (1 hour*)

This additional 60 minute course follows a successful Emergency First Aid or Standard First Aid Certification and covers additional material specifically related to caring for children in the event of illness, injury or emergency and may be required for certain childcare employment situations. Cost: Additional $25.00 to SFA/EFA.

Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation - CPR-C only (6 hours)

This course includes all levels of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (infant, child, and adult) as well as AED training. Complies with Industry Standards. Re-training recommended every 3 years. Cost: $85.00
